Reasons, Inspirations for this ART:

There is a version of the disco-era song entitled I got my mind made up (You Can Get It Girl) from Instant Funk, circa 1978, which has a refrain of a woman saying "SAY...WHAT" alternating with a little scream.

Which never failed to captivate me.  Which may have inspired this illustration: "HUH...WHA?" 

(There is also a bit...oh never mind, the lyrics are priceless, listen here if you are really curious.)

The other reason for this piece is that even when we think we KNOW, we really don't.  In a universal mystery way.

Just living in NYC walking the streets, this is like a mantra on repeat...always. HUH...WHA?  (Note to tourists: The emphasis on WHA...draw it out long)
